What type of business are you in?
My day is filled with following key areas:
1) Microsoft ISVs and their strategy development
2) Microsoft BI solutions with rich user experiences in analytics such as social media metrics
3) Social media/engagement marketing research
What type of activities would benefit you as part of this network?
I have an interest for anything that has do to with the life of an ISV and specifically from a business model perspective. My doctoral dissertation from 2004 dealt with software product platforms (Evaluation of a Product Platform Strategy for Analytical Application Software) and it seems like market is getting more towards this as programming paradigms and software licensing models are changing.

No IT system is failsafe, and I would even argue that some onpremise solutions do not provide 99.5 or higher uptime. I have not seen one yet.
