What type of business are you in?
TeamSupport is a web based, enterprise class customer support management system designed for B2B technology companies as well as institutions providing internal support. In short, we help companies excel at managing their customer support communications through the channel most comfortable to them - Phone, web, e-mail or chat.

TeamSupport also helps companies break down departmental silos. Customer Support, Product Development, Product Management and various IT teams can easily share data across the enterprise. This keeps everyone in the loop - including the customer base - and dramatically increases customer satisfaction.
Our unique approach to connecting support departments to development and product management allows everyone to stay on the same page easily.

Our customers are ISV's that manage support, bug tracking and software feature management.
What type of activities would benefit you as part of this network?
We have designed TeamSupport.com for ISV's. We spent over 15 years as an owner/operator and could never find the right support tool for Customer Service, Development, QA and other Management. TeamSupport brings all of these teams together for a great customer experience.

Hi Eric. I've been a bit inactive in this community, sorry about that! We are operating almost entirely in Finland only at the moment, so I would be very surprised if it's actually our company you have heard of. We are however working very closely with Instoremedia in Sweden, since we are using their Digital Signage platform.
NAB is not in our scope, we attend only local events for now, but we do have R&D projects for global applications so you never know what will happen in the future.

Hi, I completely share what you are saying.. The idea behind this social networking site is to have people from different technology fields (technology agnostic) to share ideas and to get connected. Please do invite others to it so we can get a lively discussion going on... I have added a few RSS feeds and will do more soon!

Petri

PS. Got to love the sun today.... yesterday when I picked my daughter from school... it was 85 Farhenheit... Can not beat that...

Hi Eric,

You seem to have a very exciting business model, something that people are trying to learn about. I am sure that the whole community would appreciate the skills that you have acquired during the transition from traditional towards SaaS model.

Thanks for joining the group.

Petri
