forgive me for being a bit contrary, can't seem to help it :-)
must confess i question the whole concept of e-mail these days
after 8 years of experience with groove (for serious business work)
the paradign of one to one with cc's, is giving way to collaborative groups where all concerned with a project / task are naturally part of a predefined communiation chain, (workspace) automatically, wherever they are located
frees us from many errors of omission as well as commission.
